Sayf has two decades of Canadian real estate experience encompassing every aspect of the development cycle, including acquisition, entitlement, design visioning, project and construction management and handover/delivery across various asset classes and building typologies.
He has overseen the acquisition and end-to-end development of both purpose-built and condominium developments across Southern Ontario and British Columbia and led the national acquisition division of Canada’s largest land lease developer and operator, Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities.
With a deep love of architecture, urban planning and elemental building design, public realm programming and divergent thinking, Sayf approaches each development opportunity from first principles.
He firmly believes in the Golden Rule and that no interaction should ever be a zero-sum game if entered into in good faith.
